At Furniperch, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be canceled and the procedures for requesting cancellation.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible once order processing has begun.

Order Processing Timeline
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on business days are usually processed the same day or next business day. The sooner you contact us after placing your order, the better chance we have of successfully canceling it before it ships.
Cancellation Confirmation
If we are able to cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, and any charges to your payment method will be refunded within 1-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
When Cancellation May Not Be Possible
Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been handed over to our carrier partners, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Our fulfillment team works efficiently to get your orders shipped quickly, which means there is a limited window for cancellation requests.
Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you have the following options:
Option 1: Refuse Delivery
You may refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver your package. The package will be returned to us, and once we receive it, we will process a refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable for refused deliveries unless the refusal is due to our error.
Option 2: Accept Delivery and Return
You may accept the delivery and then initiate a return within 30 days of delivery following our standard Returns & Refund Policy. For standard returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with all packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund of all charges, including any shipping fees paid. Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa or Mastercard). Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account, which typically takes 5-10 business days.
Cancellations Initiated by Furniperch
We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or discontinuation
- Pricing or product information errors on our website
- Suspected fraudulent activity or payment issues
- Inability to verify order information
- Shipping address issues or restrictions
If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund of any charges. We are not liable for any consequential damages resulting from order cancellations initiated by us.
Partial Cancellations
If you wish to cancel only certain items from a multi-item order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate partial cancellations if the order has not yet been fully processed. If partial cancellation is not possible, you may need to accept the full order and return unwanted items following our Returns & Refund Policy.
